Workforce Planner

Your role will involve analysing and reviewing data to inform strategic decisions, developing and implementing effective rostering solutions, and providing leadership and guidance to ensure optimal workforce planning and operational effectiveness.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to forecast workforce requirements, ensuring alignment with operational demands and community needs.
• Develop, deliver, and coordinate accurate and timely rosters, taking into account industrial obligations, internal commitments, and external factors.
• Implement policies and procedures related to absence management, leave administration, establishment control, and employee entitlements to support informed decision-making.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement, develop measures to enhance compliance, and implement initiatives to drive continuous improvement in rostering and leave management.
• Promote improved rostering capabilities through training, skills analysis, and future staff development needs identification.
• Provide leadership and direction to rostering staff, setting priorities and resolving resource challenges.
• Nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Officers-in-Charge, corporate teams, and other key partners.
