Job Overview

This role supports the delivery of best practice service to clients by ensuring all written recommendations are efficiently and accurately implemented.

This 12-month contract position is based in Melbourne or Hobart, working closely with the advice function to deliver greater retirement outcomes for members.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide private client advisers with assistance in implementing financial advice by completing documentation and sourcing required identification
  • Contact product providers to confirm confidential client information or administer adviser recommendations
  • Maintain client files, manage workflow, and store client information
  • Maintain high compliance standards satisfying Australian legislative requirements
  • Meet and greet members and visitors, acting as a point of contact for clients
  • Perform general ad-hoc office management duties, including coordination of local team events and reception of clients to the member centre
About You
  • 3-5 years of experience in administration/customer service
  • High levels of personal organisation and time management (essential)
  • Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of the framework under which financial advisers operate (preferred)
