Student Support and Compliance Coordinators play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience for students at our campuses.

This role is responsible for achieving efficient, effective, and compliant delivery of student and academic administrative processes.

We aim to provide an exceptional experience for all students, and this position will contribute significantly to that goal.

The position will coordinate the management of compliant student services and contribute to key relationships with administration staff and other functional areas across our organisation.

  • Coordinate compliance activities relating to international student admissions and enrolment cases
  • Work with the academic team to develop student-centric timetables for our campuses
  • Maintain accurate student records in line with compliance and policies
  • Quality assure student records and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

The successful candidate will have:

  • Secondary qualification(s) and relevant work experience
  • Experience in student administration or services or compliance in the tertiary education sector
  • Empathy for and experience working with international students
  • Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
