Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled data analyst to lead our efforts in developing strategic insights and informing investment decisions. As a key member of the Legal Assistance Strategy and Funding team, you will play a critical role in helping us make a tangible impact on access to justice for vulnerable Queenslanders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead data analysis and transformation activities to support investment and commissioning strategies
  • Develop evidence-based insights and recommendations to guide funding and program decisions
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners across the legal assistance sector and government
  • Contribute to the delivery of national legal assistance data strategies and performance frameworks
  • Build team capability in data analytics, tools, and modelling techniques
  • Support the implementation and refinement of strategy and service delivery models through data

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in data analytics, investment strategy, or performance reporting, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You should also be able to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
