Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our credit operations nationwide, ensuring seamless alignment with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Forge strong relationships with internal teams to guarantee cost centre management and process alignment.
  • Empower Credit Teams to achieve collection KPIs and foster nurturing communication with partners.
  • Support the development and implementation of plans enhancing staff engagement, customer care, and operational expense control.
  • Facilitate reconciliation of intermediary accounts, ensuring debt collection aligns with desired service levels within our governance framework.
  • Identify and manage opportunities for business improvement, refining our credit operations structure while overseeing management expenses for effective cost control and wise investment.
Requirements
  • Possess tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, demonstrating dedication and expertise, with significant experience in insurance, underwriting, or credit operations in complex environments.
  • Demonstrate extensive leadership experience in operational credit roles, guiding and inspiring teams in complex settings, highlighting the ability to lead with empathy and vision.
