Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced property lawyer to join our team.

The role will involve working closely with partners on high-profile commercial and retail projects, including property acquisitions and disposals, lease drafting, and advising on easements and titling issues.

  • Act on significant commercial and retail transactions
  • Draft, negotiate and advise on leases for major landlords and tenants
  • Advise on easement and subdivision matters
  • Collaborate with clients across multiple sectors, including corporates and private individuals
  • Take ownership of files with genuine client interaction
Recent Projects
  • Advising a national developer on a complex mixed-use project.
  • Acting for a listed property group on the redevelopment of a large retail centre.
  • Drafting leases for a portfolio of industrial sites.
  • Acting for an energy company on the property aspects of a large-scale infrastructure project.
  • Advising a private client on the sale and subdivision of rural holdings.

Requirements
  • 2–6+ years' experience in property law (acquisitions, developments or leasing ideal)
  • Strong drafting and attention to detail
