About the Job

We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver assessments and counselling services in Canberra. The successful candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling or Social Work and be registered with relevant authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver assessments to guide clients toward their new career goals.
  • Conduct assessments and develop rehabilitation plans for individuals navigating complex rehabilitation needs.
  • Collaborate with health professionals, employers, insurers and other stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.
  • Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and design programs to assist injured employees return to work.
