About the Role:

This part-time position involves providing exceptional customer service, assisting with stock management, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment. You'll help customers find the perfect fit, work collaboratively with your team, and bring a positive and can-do attitude to every shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience
  • Assist customers with product selections and offer styling advice
  • Maintain store appearance, ensuring it's clean, organised, and visually appealing
  • Handle transactions efficiently and accurately at the register
  • Stock and replenish merchandise, ensuring product availability
  • Support store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
  • Work as part of a team to meet sales targets and store goals

What We're Looking For:

  • A passion for providing style advice to make a difference in our customers' lives
  • Experience in a customer-facing sales/retail role in a team environment
  • The ability to commit to a shift pattern and some flexibility to assist in peak trade periods
  • Adaptability in selling style to meet the needs of the customer in front of you
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
