Project Coordinators play a crucial role in driving the success of our organization by ensuring seamless project execution. This position is responsible for coordinating mechanical project activities, providing technical support, and leading digital transformation initiatives.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team where you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to achieve project objectives
  • Providing technical guidance and support to ensure project delivery

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement digital solutions to enhance efficiency and decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for digital tools and data analytics. A Certificate III in Engineering (Mechanical) or Diploma of Engineering is preferred, but not required.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate project activities and provide technical support
  2. Create and manage work orders in SAP
  3. Participate in RCA/DEA and isolation coordination

Requirements
  • Certificate III in Engineering (Mechanical)
  • Diploma of Engineering or willingness to obtain
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience in project coordination and maintenance
  • Tech-savvy with a passion for digital tools and data analytics
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
