Job Opportunity for Graduate Structural Engineer

An exciting role has become available for a talented Graduate Structural Engineer to join our team and embark on a permanent full-time career in engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide engineering support for air vehicle structures throughout their product lifecycle.
  • Conduct technical investigations and resolve product defects, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage problem reports generated from ground and flight testing, applying analytical skills to identify root causes.
  • Collaborate with design and maintenance teams to develop air vehicle modification kits, improving product efficiency and reliability.
  • Develop comprehensive engineering documentation, including instructions, manuals, procedures, and risk assessments, to support ongoing product operation and maintenance.
  • Communicate effectively with a multi-disciplinary team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Requirements:
  • A degree qualification in engineering or a related field.
  • Australian Citizenship to meet Defence security requirements.
