Project Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee the successful deployment of ERP systems, ensuring seamless integration and maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans that meet organisational objectives and drive business growth
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks, and allocating resources effectively
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, providing regular updates, and ensuring transparency throughout the process
  • Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement
  • Maintain accurate program documentation, including plans, reports, and records, to ensure continuity and informed decision-making

Requirements

  • Experience in successfully planning, managing, and deploying complex projects concurrently, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with relevant certifications and training
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities
