We are seeking a skilled Senior Trading Analyst to join our team. As part of the Autobidder team, you will be responsible for managing trading performance for the world's largest fleet of battery storage projects.
Main Responsibilities- Drive continuous improvements in Tesla's in-house automated trading platform, Autobidder, optimizing battery revenues and supporting the transition to sustainable energy.
- Generate actionable insights, communicate complex topics clearly, and engage with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineers to refine trading strategies, support decision-making, and monitor Autobidder's real-time performance to balance risk and returns.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or Engineering.
- 3+ years of physical or financial trading experience in Australian electricity markets.
- Proficient in SQL, Python, and Jupyter Notebooks for data analysis.
