As a key member of our Sales Site team, you will play a vital role in providing operational support to our Sales teams, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support to Sales teams, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through proactive communication and issue resolution
  • Manage premium inventory levels, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance
  • Partner with the Senior Sales Support team to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Be the voice of our team, communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders

What We're Looking For

  • High energy and self-motivation, with a strong focus on customer service
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications and knowledge of CRM systems
