Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of bakery staff to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with other department managers to achieve business objectives and drive company success.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a retail bakery or related field.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing a team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Strong knowledge of bakery operations, including inventory management, stockroom operations, and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, customers, and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
