Job Opportunity: Swim Program Leader

Belgravia Leisure is seeking a passionate and experienced leader to oversee the delivery of high-quality swim programs. This leadership role will shape the future of our aquatic initiatives and create exceptional experiences for our community.

The Role
  • Drive processes and practices to ensure the success of our swim school program
  • Support delivery of business objectives and events calendar
  • Assist with incident and accident investigations as required
  • Achieve key performance indicators, including financial performance, school participation, and retention
About You

With a passion for swimming and student progression, you'll engage and inspire people of all ages, abilities, and cultural backgrounds. Your excellent communication skills and customer-first mindset will naturally build strong relationships and foster a positive environment.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Swim School environment
  • Proven ability to lead and support a team
  • Strong alignment with our values: integrity, excellence, courage, openness, respect, leadership, and accountability

Qualifications
  • National Police Check
  • Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Working With Children Check (or equivalent)
  • Current Swim Certificate - Teaching of water swimming and water safety
