Job Title

Lead a Team to Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences.

Job Summary:

As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in leading your team and ensuring every customer leaves with the best possible experience. You will be responsible for supporting and leading the team in all aspects of the business, coaching and developing your team members to succeed, and driving sales and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and lead the team in all aspects of the business.
  • Celebrate and promote outstanding performance and achievements.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and influencing team behavior.
  • Identify and develop opportunities for growth and improvement within the team.
  • Cooperate with colleagues to achieve department goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a leadership role within a large-format retail environment.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of up to 20 team members.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing high stock volume.
  • Passion for delivering top-notch customer experiences.
