Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences
  • Help customers find the perfect gifts and adventure gear
  • Assist at the register and ensure smooth transactions
  • Restock and merchandise products to keep the store looking fresh
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment for every shopper
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and deliver top-notch service
  • Support across various departments as needed

What We're Looking For
  • Friendly, enthusiastic team players with a passion for the outdoors
  • Effective communicators who can thrive in a busy environment
  • Flexible availability, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays
  • Previous retail experience is beneficial but not essential - we provide training
