Factual Investigator Role

As a Factual Investigator, you will play a key role in our expanding team. We are seeking skilled professionals knowledgeable in Workers Compensation and CTP investigations to join us in Sydney.

The Job Responsibilities include:
  • Attending various locations, predominantly within Sydney metro and a proportion of work across Greater Sydney and NSW.
  • Interviewing appropriate key parties, taking statements, and collating relevant evidence to produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining effective and appropriate communication with our investigations support team and other relevant parties.
  • Preparing and drafting factual reports.

About You:
  • You must hold a Certificate III in Investigations and a current and valid Investigators Licence (Class 2 E).
  • You should have a current and valid driver's licence and vehicle.
  • Experience conducting Workers Compensation and/or CTP investigations is preferred.
  • You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You should have strong attention to detail and be self-motivated to meet deadlines.
