Artificial Intelligence Developer Opportunity

We are seeking an innovative and skilled Artificial Intelligence (AI) developer to join our team. As an AI developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-powered solutions that drive business value.

About the Role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI technologies, including large language models and generative AI. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine AI-driven tools and solutions, and draft, review, and refine prompts for AI systems and tools to ensure high-quality content and output.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop AI-enhanced features using large language models and agentic-based generative AI technologies.
  • Conduct in-depth research across various platforms to create best-practice research examples and optimize AI functionalities.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to develop and refine AI-driven tools and solutions.
  • Evaluate and grade search queries and generated content for relevance, accuracy, and comprehensiveness.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in AI-related service or product development, research-intensive settings, or professional services with a focus on analysis and content creation.
  • Full working proficiency in Japanese (written and spoken). English proficiency is preferred but not required.
  • Exceptional research skills, including expertise in Boolean and other online search languages.
  • Experience in creating and refining LLM prompts and data indexes.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong grasp of technical or professional terminology.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
