Electrical Design Expertise

Gain valuable experience in electrical design by working on a project for one of the world's largest mining organisations.

We are supporting our client with endeavours to expand their mining operations and will be providing recommendations for transportation of ore and requisite supporting infrastructure.

  • Liaise daily with Project Managers, Designers, Engineers and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage your time effectively to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Identify and report on any potential deviations from agreed scope of works.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will produce single line drawings, design power lines layout and general electrical arrangements while liaising with colleagues and managing your workload effectively.

Key Skills and Qualifications

Advanced Diploma, Diploma or Associate Degree is required along with experience using MicroStation OR CAD software.

A well-developed communication and interpersonal skillset, keen eye for detail, good time management and problem-solving ability are essential.

Experience gained on mining or infrastructure projects and current right to work in Australia are also desirable.
