We are seeking an experienced Innovation Manager to join our team at Philmac, a global leader in the water industry. As an Innovation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building a strong pipeline of innovative new product development projects and driving world-class innovation processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and contribute to the development of our strategic innovation pipeline
  • Build and manage our strategic new product development pipeline by engaging with end-users and collaborating with product development and marketing teams
  • Project manage complex new innovation and new product projects from ideation through to launch
  • Assist in building a culture of innovation excellence through the introduction and adoption of world-class innovation processes
Requirements
  • 7-10 years' experience working as an Innovation Manager, Project Manager, Product Designer, or similar position
  • Demonstrated success in project managing the delivery of complex new product projects
  • Strong ability to build relationships, collaborate with, and influence others
  • Excellent communication skills with strong commercial acumen, adept at engaging with both executives and front-line customers
  • Curious by nature with advanced problem-solving skills and a strong desire to improve on the status quo by doing things differently
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, Business Management, or similar
