Senior Payroll Manager Role

This leadership position involves spearheading a team to achieve payroll objectives in compliance with relevant legislation and enterprise agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the development of strategic initiatives to drive payroll performance and efficiency.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing payroll team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of payroll services.
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex payroll issues and provide guidance on best practices and legislative requirements.
