Scheduling Coordinator Job Description

As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will be the hub of our operations, ensuring seamless delivery by coordinating client services, caregiver schedules, and managing incoming requests. Your role requires building strong relationships with staff and clients, matching their requirements with suitable candidates, and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Coordinate daily client services and caregiver schedules
  • Manage incoming requests professionally
  • Match client and caregiver requirements for optimal partnerships
  • Provide relevant information to stakeholders
  • Monitor, mediate, and log client and caregiver activity

Key Requirements:

  • Personable, approachable, motivated, reliable, and passionate individual
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, time management, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to work under pressure
