Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Housekeeping Attendant to provide exceptional cleaning and housekeeping services to our guests. As a key member of our resort team, you will be responsible for ensuring the presentation of our properties is of the highest standard, and that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Accommodation Cleaning and Maintenance

Ensure all accommodation types and public areas are cleaned and serviced to the highest standard, adhering to our company's housekeeping standards.

Linen Management and Stock Replenishment

Manage linen changes, cleaning of cabins, and replenish stock and record items in rooms, ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Teamwork and Autonomy

Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals, while also being able to work independently and make decisions to ensure the smooth operation of our resort.

Requirements

  1. Customer Service Experience

Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests and ensuring their needs are met, while also being proactive in resolving any issues that may arise.

Housekeeping Experience

Have a strong background in housekeeping, with experience in cleaning and maintaining accommodation types and public areas.

Time Management and Attention to Detail

Have excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, while also being meticulous in your attention to detail.

Flexibility and Adaptability

Be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays, and be willing to go above and beyond to ensure our guests have an exceptional experience.
