Job Title: Senior Building Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Consultant to join our team at EBR. As a Senior Building Consultant, you will be responsible for assessing property assets and producing high-quality condition and dilapidation reports for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a technical background in Building Surveying, Structural Engineering, Services Engineering, Architecture, or Quantity Surveying. You will need to possess excellent technical skills, experience in commercial building inspections and reporting, and a blue-chip client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of property assets to identify potential issues and defects.
  • Produce high-quality condition and dilapidation reports that meet our clients' needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Appropriate Australian work visa.
  • Strong technical skills and experience in commercial building inspections and reporting.
  • Blue-chip client base.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
