Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Sales Professional to join our team at Prouds Jewellers in Raymond Terrace. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets while working in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and create personalized experiences for customers
  • Achieve sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through effective sales strategies and product knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a productive and efficient store environment
  • Participate in in-house training to stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales skills, and company policies
  • Perform operational tasks such as stock replenishment, ticketing, customer repairs, merchandising, and general housekeeping
