Job Opportunity

A dynamic and strategic Operations Manager is sought to lead the expansion of delivery services. The ideal candidate has a strong background in program management, operations, and cross-functional leadership for large-scale initiatives.

  • Manage new and existing programs, successfully delivering complex projects and goals across multiple organizations.
  • Collaborate with external partners, customers, and internal teams to design and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Influence process development and implementation.
  • Engage global teams to share best practices and improve end-to-end outcomes for customers.
  • Conduct data-driven problem-solving to identify improvement areas and oversee all supporting analytics.

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in program or project management.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance, or related field.
  • Experience in driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leaders.
  • 4+ years' experience in Supply Chain and Logistics, Operations, and/or E-Commerce.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree.
