Senior Accounting Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for working with high-net-worth individuals and families. This role involves providing comprehensive accounting support across multiple entity types, cash flow reporting, and ensuring SMSF compliance.

  • Manage the full suite of accounting services for high-net-worth clients, including cash flow management and supporting SMSF compliance.
  • Conduct financial analysis and modeling to uncover insights and identify risks or opportunities that support complex decision-making.
  • Build strong relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and family groups.
  • Prepare for and participate in client meetings, reviewing progress and discussing strategic opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with third-party providers, such as private banks, property agents, utility services, fund managers, and other advisors.
  • Mentor and review work completed by junior team members, offering guidance and coaching.
  • Lead onboarding processes for new Family Office clients from proposal and setup through implementation and rollout.
About You
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in consulting, tax, or accounting with exposure to family office or private client services.
  • Ability to perform complex analysis, deliver reports, and distill technical information into clear, actionable advice.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • CPA, CA, or CFA qualification.
  • Strong interpersonal, time management, and communication skills.
  • A big-picture thinker with a critical and analytical lens.
  • Client-centric mindset and ability to confidently manage relationships with HNW clients and stakeholders.
