Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional professional to lead our homelessness program in Townsville, providing high-quality service delivery that promotes social inclusion and client choice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee effective service delivery, ensuring seamless, end-to-end services for individuals experiencing homelessness.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Case Workers with experience working with people with complex needs.
  • Promote collaboration and opportunities for professional development within the team.
Requirements:
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge and/or experience in delivering programs to clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
  • Relevant degree with experience in social work or community services or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading a team and within the community care sector (desirable).
  • A current Working with Children Check.
