Junior Cricket Program Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Junior Cricket Program Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about developing young cricket players and contributing to the growth of the game in our community.

About The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and delivering junior cricket programs and experiences within schools, clubs, and the wider community. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing engaging programs that teach important cricket skills to children in schools and clubs
  • Promoting community engagement throughout schools during the cricket season
  • Providing quality delivery, engagement & support of School programs including Health and PE, Sporting Schools, Mascot Challenge and School Cups
  • Assisting and expanding participation in Club based entry level programs including CNSW Cricket Blast Centres
  • Building, maintaining and leveraging relationships with local schools and school ambassadors
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong ability to manage stakeholder relationships. A background in teaching and/or cricket is desirable but not essential.
