Early Learning Program Developer Job Details

This is an exceptional opportunity for a passionate and dedicated educator to join our team as an Inclusion Support Educator. You will play a vital role in shaping the early learning experiences of our children.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent). They will also possess strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing a safe and inclusive environment for children to thrive
  • Developing and implementing engaging learning programs that promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and consistency in care and education practices
  • Building strong relationships with families to track and celebrate children's progress and milestones

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Queensland Working with Children Check
