Empowering Lives: Speech Pathologist Opportunity

We are a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality allied health services to individuals of diverse ages and abilities. Our mission is to empower people to achieve their personal goals.
The RoleAs a speech pathologist, you will be part of our growing team of therapists providing evidence-based services through various delivery models, including telehealth, community visits, and centre-based services. You will assess and provide interventions for children and adults living with a range of disabilities, work within the NDIS framework to maximise clients' level of function, capacity, and social engagement, and assist with assistive technology assessment and applications.
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and providing tailored interventions for individuals with diverse needs
- Working collaboratively within the NDIS framework to optimise client outcomes
- Providing expert advice on assistive technology solutions and recommendations
- Maintaining accurate documentation and report writing
- Managing a diverse caseload effectively
- Meeting professional standards and expectations, including meeting service delivery targets and effective client management
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including therapists, clients, and referral sources
- Utilising leading software platforms and online tools to support service delivery
To apply for this role, you will need to have or be able to obtain:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in speech pathology or a related field
- Professional registration with a relevant governing body (e.g. AHPRA/SPA)
- Working with Children Check (WWCC or Blue Card)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Police Check and International Police Check (if applicable)
- Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Car insurance
- Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance
