About the Role

This senior leadership position plays a pivotal role in driving business strategies to win new cyber advisory work, serving as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and driving innovation in current and new cyber methodologies and approaches.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Client Engagement & Business Development:
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders across existing and new client organisations.
  • Develop business strategies to win new cyber advisory work and drive client growth.
  • Provide thought leadership on Cyber GRC and execution challenges to C-suite executives.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and expanding services within existing clients.
Leadership & Team Management:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex Cyber GRC, strategy, privacy, and resilience engagements.
  • Mentor and develop junior professionals to foster a collaborative culture.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive client opportunities and success.
  • Ensure teams have the necessary resources and support to achieve project goals.
  • Promote best practices, integrity, and excellence within the team.
Cyber Delivery:
  • Oversee the successful delivery of Cyber GRC, strategy, privacy, and resilience projects, ensuring they meet high standards.
  • Develop and execute cybersecurity maturity assessments, risk assessments, resilience programs, and cyber strategy projects.
  • Assist clients in managing cyber risks to meet business objectives, stakeholder expectations, and compliance obligations.
  • Design innovative cybersecurity solutions and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful deployment.
Strategic Planning & Innovation:
  • Drive innovation in current and new cyber methodologies and approaches, aligning with emerging trends, client needs, and market capabilities.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, tools, and technologies to improve service offerings and collaborate with transformation teams.
Risk Management & Quality Assurance:
  • E nsure all engagements comply with industry standards and risk management policies.
  • Oversee proposal development, ensuring alignment with client needs and firm objectives.
  • Drive quality output and deliverables across the engagement lifecycle.
