Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and develop effective testing strategies.
- Design and implement test approaches to ensure comprehensive coverage of functional and non-functional aspects.
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks to optimize test execution and improve quality.
- Coach engineers to adopt test-driven development practices and ensure high-quality code.
- Identify opportunities for testing continuous improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Relevant experience in testing and developing QA automation frameworks.
- Exposure to DevOps and Continuous Integration tools like Cloudbuilder, Docker, Jenkins.
- Experience with at least one programming language (Java, JavaScript, Python, Kotlin, Swift, Ruby).
- Exposure to Cloud Infrastructure deployments/design (Azure/AWS/Google).
- Hands-on experience with UI Automation tools such as Selenium, Puppeteer, Cypress, XCUITest, Espresso, Appium.
- Experience in using test management tools like JIRA.
- Relevant experience working in a complex integrated Banking environment.
- Exposure to REST API testing, contracts, and mocking.
- Proven track-record in Agile Delivery – preferably within the digital space.
