We are currently seeking an experienced Associate Dispenser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for high-fashion frames and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be involved in the customer's journey from initial consultation and pre-testing, to customising High-Fashion frames to suit their lifestyle. You will work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Assist customers with frame selection and customisation.
Requirements:
  • Retail experience - optical desired but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills and a quick learner.
  • Passion to help others see the beauty in life.
