We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Officer to join our organisation. This is a 12-month fixed term contract.
Main Responsibilities:- The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end processing of payroll for Australian and New Zealand employees in accordance with relevant legislation, awards, and company policies
- Ensure compliance with local tax, superannuation/KiwiSaver, and other statutory obligations
- Prepare and reconcile payroll reports including monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports (e.g., PAYG, STP, EOFY, IRD submissions)
- Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity
- Resolve employee payroll queries in a professional and timely manner
Candidates should have a strong understanding of Australian and New Zealand payroll legislation and statutory obligations. Proficiency with payroll system ADP is beneficial. We are looking for individuals with excellent attention to detail and accuracy, strong numerical and analytical skills, high level of integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
