Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Branch Administrator to join our team.

Location: Mareeba, Queensland.

About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and organized individual to take on the role of Branch Administrator at our Mareeba Rural Store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage phone calls and email enquiries, directing them to the relevant person.
  • Ensure timely management of inbound and outbound mail.
  • Process cash transactions, daily banking and reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with transport companies for freight movements.
  • Process sales orders and delivery notes.
  • Oversee stock ordering, receipt, transfer and inventory control.
  • Communicate with suppliers for pricing and ETA on orders.
  • Pallet management.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Excellent customer service and relationship building skills.
  • Previous administration and data entry experience.
  • A positive attitude and excellent communication skills, with a willingness to learn.
  • Good organisation and planning skills.
  • The ability to undertake a range of administrative tasks.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
