Diagnostic Ultrasound Leader

This is a unique chance for an experienced General Imaging Sonographer to take the next step into leadership and drive quality, efficiency and clinical standards across the department.
Key Responsibilities:- Performing high-quality diagnostic ultrasound scans across multiple specialties with excellent clinical judgement and attention to detail.
- Leading, mentoring and supporting fellow sonographers in their professional development.
- Collaborating with radiologists, referrers and other clinical staff to ensure patient comfort, privacy and trust at every stage of the process.
- ASAR-accredited Sonographer with a postgrad qualification in Medical Ultrasound and minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience.
- Confident in performing at least 3 general scan types (e.g. MSK, obstetrics, abdo, breast) and having excellent communication skills.
- Previous leadership or mentoring experience is preferred but not essential.
