Spare Parts Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Spare Parts Coordinator to join our Adelaide team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and monitor stock variances to implement improvements for future benefits.
  • Manage bi-annual stocktakes for the spare parts store and ensure accuracy.
  • Coordinate spare parts sales, purchase orders, receipts, and dispatch.
  • Process transfers, invoicing, and paperwork related to parts sales.
  • Liaise with customers on purchase order status, requests, and delivery dates.
  • Generate invoices for parts sales.
  • Supervise daily locker runs and coordination of parts courier duties.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Industry experience is preferred.
  • High energy and motivation.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Results-oriented.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
