As an Exercise Physiologist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality exercise physiology services to individuals in the community.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver individualized exercise physiology services to clients in their homes and community settings
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
- Develop and implement exercise programs tailored to meet the unique needs of each client
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and goals
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
- Tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology or a related field
- Current accreditation with Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA)
- Proven experience in a rehabilitation or aged care setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license
