Program Lead for Lived Experience and Social Change

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the growth and delivery of our Lived Experience and Advocacy Program. This program aims to amplify the voices of individuals with lived experience of Homelessness and Domestic, Family and Sexual Violence (DFSV) in shaping policy, programs, and practice through meaningful engagement and advocacy.
- Develop and implement trauma-aware, strengths-based, and culturally safe initiatives that promote lived experience voices in homelessness and DFSV.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with government, community, and sector stakeholders to support advocacy and impact.
- Oversee sub-contractors, partners and program components, including culturally specific initiatives and evaluations.
- Promote the program and support ethical, participant-led advocacy while ensuring compliance and effective management.
