Chief Identity Security Officer

We are working with a leading organisation to expand their IAM capabilities. This role focuses on providing architecture for identity and access management technologies, managing roadmaps, and making recommendations on enterprise security architecture.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain frameworks and roadmaps across all Identity and Access Management domains to ensure alignment with the IT strategy and business objectives.
- Perform security control assessments using the CSF and other frameworks across all domains, including cloud platforms.
- Assist with the development of the Identity and Access Management strategy, ensuring it aligns across the business.
- Drive consistency and standardisation in identity solutions deployed by the Identity and Access Management team.
- Contribute to architectural governance forums to ensure appropriate activities are conducted.
- 10+ years of experience across multiple information security roles with a focus on Identity and Access Management architectures and security control frameworks.
- Broad experience across multiple security domains, including cryptographic systems, network design, firewall management, web technologies, cloud computing technologies, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
- Detailed knowledge of industry standards, including SCIM, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and LDAP.
The salary for this role is $200,000 - $220,000 per annum, plus superannuation, bonus, and benefits. The position is full-time and permanent.
