Clinical Director Opportunity in Veterinary Care
We are seeking an experienced ECC Veterinarian to fill a key role in our emergency and specialty care department. This is a predominantly clinical position with some managerial responsibilities, providing opportunities for growth and professional development.
  • Working as an ECC Veterinarian across a range of shifts, including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.
  • Developing best practice processes for the department.
  • Communicating effectively with team members to promote a positive work environment.
  • Ensuring the department meets financial targets through effective management and strategic planning.
  • Collaborating with other department heads to drive growth and improvement initiatives.
  • Providing feedback and conducting performance reviews to support team member growth and development.
  • Assisting with recruitment activities by identifying suitable candidates and promoting a positive employer brand.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
  • A veterinary degree eligible for registration in New South Wales.
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience working in a 24/7 Emergency and Speciality Care hospital.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive results.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop and implement effective plans.
  • Formal or informal management training would be beneficial.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality veterinary care and excellent customer service.
