Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Visualisation Modeller to join our Digital Innovation team. This role is central to Arcadia's mission to enrich community and country by bringing award-winning landscape designs to life.

The Role
  • Develop photorealistic visualisations and VR experiences using tools like Twinmotion and 3ds Max.
  • Collaborate closely with Landscape Architects and Digital Design Leads to ensure design intent and cultural narratives are communicated powerfully.
  • Transform Revit and other 3D models into compelling storytelling outputs.
  • Champion new technologies to continually elevate the standard of visual communication.
  • Manage and optimise visualisation workflows and digital assets.
About You
  • You have a proven track record with:
    • Essential Skills: Proven proficiency with 3ds Max and/or Twinmotion, strong 3D modelling skills, and expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere).
    • Desired Skills: Knowledge of tools like Rhino, Grasshopper, or Unreal Engine, and a passion for using technology to make design engaging and inclusive.
    • A Creative Mindset: You possess a high design sensitivity with a strong eye for composition, light, texture, and atmosphere, coupled with a creative and collaborative approach.
