Job Title

Lead and Direct a Team of Skilled Tradespeople

About the Role
  • Supervise and manage a team to ensure seamless coordination in executing project tasks.
  • Enforce and promote a strong safety culture ensuring all activities adhere to industry standards and policies.
  • Monitor and inspect installations to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
  • Efficiently utilize resources, equipment, and materials to meet project requirements and deadlines.
  • Foster effective communication within the team and collaborate with other superintendents and project managers to address challenges.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues related to E&I and SMP activities providing innovative solutions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of activities including daily reports and any required project documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • DMIR S26 Training
  • BHP Inducted (preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in SMP supervision
  • Proficient knowledge of structural, mechanical, piping systems, and electrical
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Familiarity with WA mining safety regulations
  • Proven track record of successfully managing teams
  • White Card
