Indigenous Science Coordinator
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Indigenous Science Coordinator. As a key member of our project, you will play a vital role in providing coordination and administrative support for a national Indigenous Science initiative.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level coordination and administrative support across all stages of the Indigenous Science initiative.
- Support the operation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander reference and advisory groups.
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with Indigenous communities, Elders, and organisations.
- Contribute to the development of culturally appropriate data practices.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated experience in project coordination or administrative support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine interest in Indigenous knowledge systems and cultural engagement.
- Experience working in or supporting project governance structures.
