Legal Assistant to Supreme Court Judge

Job Overview
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in the judicial system.
As an Associate to Justice Tinney, you will be responsible for proofreading and editing court documents, maintaining court records, clerking in court, and liaising with various stakeholders.
The successful candidate will possess a strong academic record, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in English grammar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proofread and edit court documents
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date court records
- Provide administrative support to the Judge in court
- Liaise with court staff, the public, and other external parties
Requirements
- Completed a law degree or close to completion
- Demonstrated interest in becoming an advocate is desirable
