About the RoleWe're seeking a highly motivated Bathroom Sales Specialist to join our team in Indooroopilly. As part of our dynamic sales team, you'll play a key role in supporting builders, interior designers, and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Assist customers in choosing the perfect bathroom products, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the purchasing process;
- Create and manage customer quotes and orders via email and phone, ensuring timely and accurate communication;
- Utilize our 3D Planner to bring customers' visions to life, providing visualizations and solutions to meet their needs;
- Visit customers onsite to provide updates and maintain strong relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty;
- Maintain the showroom's high standards, ensuring it runs smoothly and safely for customers and colleagues alike.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service, with a proven track record of building relationships and delivering excellent customer experiences;
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating energy, initiative, and a willingness to learn and grow;
- A basic understanding of computers and a willingness to learn new systems and technologies;
- An openness to working various shifts, including weekends, to meet business demands;
- A commitment to ongoing learning and development, with a desire to advance your career within the company.
