Overview

We are seeking a seasoned product leader who thrives on solving complex challenges and is passionate about creating innovative products. The ideal candidate will be part of an agile team, collaborating with senior corporate clients and startup founders to drive innovation and deliver real-world solutions.



Responsibilities
  • Design and develop world-class digital experiences that meet the evolving needs of our clients and their customers.
  • Gather business requirements, market research, and user needs to inform design decisions and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Lead interdisciplinary teams to craft compelling product visions, strategies, and designs that resonate with stakeholders and users alike.
  • Work closely with leadership to drive business growth, improve processes, and enhance client engagement.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to gain deep insights into user behavior and inform design decisions.
  • Develop and maintain a robust portfolio of complex digital projects, showcasing expertise in mobile, tablet, and web channels.
  • Pitch work to clients and partners, facilitating workshops with C-suite executives to build strong relationships and drive business results.


Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in leading product design at top digital agencies.
  • A robust portfolio of complex digital experiences for global brands across various industries, highlighting innovative solutions and key contributions.
  • Experience working with startup businesses and ability to think strategically about product vision and direction.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively explain design rationale, align stakeholders, and drive conversations.
  • A solid understanding of all disciplines needed to create exceptional products, including business, technology, delivery, marketing, and content.
  • Proficiency in Keynote, Sketch, and Invision, as well as experience with digital strategy and content strategy development.
  • A sense of humor and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
