Product Visionary

This is a unique opportunity to lead the development and launch of innovative products that drive business growth.
In this role, you will work closely with operations and technology teams to define product vision and strategy. You will identify new ideas and technologies to improve existing products and develop minimum viable products (MVPs) for testing and learning.
You will support the business in resolving issues related to products and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver product features. Your expertise in agile delivery, product management, and customer journeys will be essential in driving success in this position.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong client delivery and/or product ownership experience, as well as excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. You must also have strong influencing skills and the ability to challenge traditional ways of thinking.
Key Responsibilities:- Define product vision and strategy with cross-functional teams
- Identify and implement new ideas and technologies to improve products
- Develop and test MVPs for product capability
- Support issue resolution for products
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver product features
- Degree-qualified or equivalent, with strong product management experience
- Strong agile delivery experience and product management skills
- Experience of product management and customer journeys
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
- Strong influencing skills and ability to challenge traditional ways of thinking
